Service manager was friendly and accommodating.

Great service!

The gentleman at the Service desk was friendly, verified the two service items I wanted to have done, and showed me where I could wait on my vehicle. He also told me it would take about an hour, which was spot on.

Pat and the Service Dept. are better than GREAT.

I wasn't able to get in as quickly as I wanted to but they assured me I was okay to drive my vehicle until they could get me in. The gave me a car to drive and also changed my oil and rotated my tires as a last minute add.

I trust the service dept for the work they do

Ridding"s knew the minute what I was there for. Onstar contacted them to let them what my issue was about. Within 25 or 30 minutes I was up and running once again. Finding this out gave me great comfort. They have seen to my needs every time. I am a happy camper. Vicky V.

Start to finish, the experience was very good.

oil change and tire rotation done in a timely manner. made me aware of some things that need to be done in the near future.
